1 Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
  • Valid proof of purchase (Invoice/Email) is required.
  • Accepted Cases: Incorrect item delivered or Damaged/Defective product.
  • Change of mind or preference-based returns are not accepted.

3 The Process

Step 1: Approval
Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the item via a traceable courier.

Step 2: Shipping
Customers are responsible for secure packing to avoid transit damage.

Step 3: Verification
Returns are processed after inspection. We offer an exchange or store credit.

4 Refund Policy

  • No Cash Refunds: We offer store credit vouchers only.
  • Shipping & Custom Stitching costs are non-refundable.
  • Processing time: 7–14 working days after receiving the item.

5 Non-Returnable

  • Used, washed, or items damaged by customer handling.
  • Items without original tags/packaging.
  • Sale or Discounted items (unless defective).
  • Customized or Stitched products.

6 Important Notes

Sangtara is only responsible for returned items once they are received at our facility. Items sent without prior approval will not be processed. If unreachable within 24 hours of order confirmation, Sangtara reserves the right to cancel the order.
